All personal information is properly collected, stored and used under the NSW PPIP Act 1998. All payment methods are highly protected and not visible to employees meaning you can shop with ease. We collect the following information for multiple reasons including, orders, personalisation, shipping, identification, contact and communication. Cookies may be used to gather user behaviour. Information collected, stored and used includes: name, email, address, phone, location.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We do not issue returns or exchanges if:
- You change your mind.
- You found it cheaper elsewhere.
- You decided you do not like the product.
- You have no use for it.
- You do not follow our care guide.
- Any damage occurs throughout the delivery process. (Damages can vary and occur from humidity levels to handling issues)
- You do not clearly read our policies.
Strictly no returns or refunds will be accepted if the product is personalised. Exchanges are strictly only granted for sizing issues. All products are quality checked upon fulfilment to ensure they pass our standards, no products will be sent if any damages are found.
All exchanges incur a flat rate fee of $20 AUD to cover all shipping and transportation costs within Australia. Exchanges will NOT be accepted if this fee is not paid.

Shipping Policy
We will not be held responsible for any damages or lost items throughout the delivery process, australia post holds responsibility for the condition and delivery of your package. Any damages or lost items must be reported to us immediately in order for us to make a direct report to Australia Post. All orders are individually quality checked and confirmed before being sent.
Personalised Products
Please ensure you make the correct selections and spelling upon your personalisation, please contact us immediately via email and quote your order number and what changes you would like to be made if you have made a mistake throughout the process. Please allow up to 5 business days for personalisation. Embroidery position, size and consistency is subject to changes as not all embroidery is guaranteed to be positioned or stitched out the exact same. All stitching is subject to change dependent on material, font and the size of the design, all products are machine stitched and supervised but please note that minor imperfections may occur. Smaller designs increase difficulty, meaning there is increased chance of small imperfections. No refunds or returns will be accepted for personalised products of any kind.

Preorders
All information and dispatch dates for preorder items are clearly stated and displayed in each preorder product's description. No refunds will be accepted for preorders if you have not read the product's description in regards to dispatch dates, as purchasing from us you agree and acknowledge all information provided to you and are solely responsible for reading the required preorder information BEFORE placing your preorder.
